Tortuga

Description

tortuga-layoutTORTUGA is an excellent version of one of the classic Grand Banks trawlers that sparked today’s “trawler” revolution. These seaworthy boats are economical to run and a pleasure to pilot. This boat has just completed a total restoration including full interior refinishing, engine room upgrade, exterior hull finish, and new electronics to include a Furuno radar. She is an ideal size for a couple or small family to explore Penobscot Bay.

TORTUGA’S varnished interior provides sleeping for 4 in two cabins. She has a fully fitted V-Berth for two with ample storage. Her head and shower are below. In the main salon there is a full galley with gas stove and refrigeration. A large dining table enables family dining and then can be dropped to make up into a roomy double berth. Her flybridge is protected by shady bimini canvas tops and her foredeck has ample space to handle her ground tackle.
